William Biggs, MD and Emily Archer, MD Endowed Scholarship – Funds distributed from the endowment shall be used for scholarship support for students enrolled in the School of Medicine. Preference shall be given to students who have spent a majority of their lives in one of the 26 counties in the Texas Panhandle and who intend to practice medicine in a rural area.
