Margaret E. Manning Memorial School of Medicine Scholarship for Under-Represented Students in the Field of Medicine at UTMB

Margaret E. Manning Memorial Scholarship Fund – Distributions from the endowment will provide scholarships for students in the School of Medicine. The student or students selected for this scholarship must meet the following criteria:
A selected scholarship recipient must be one who:

1. Maintains an acceptable academic standing,
2. Has demonstrated outstanding professional and personal leadership among his or her peers,
3. Is under-represented in the field of medicine, and
4. Has demonstrated personal characteristics that exemplify the qualities of a compassionate and caring physician.
