Eva Yznaga Seger, MD Presidential Scholarship – Funds distributed from the endowment shall be used to provide need based scholarships to students enrolled in any UTMB school who are in good academic standing. First preference shall be given to students from one of the counties in the South Texas region, defined as the region south of San Antonio and those counties in between the southern and western boundary of the Rio Grand River and the eastern boundary of the Gulf of Mexico.
