Jefferson E. Riddle, M.D. and Gloria Kelso Riddle Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Medicine – To award scholarships each year for outstanding students completing their third year in the School of Medicine. These scholarship funds are intended to offset the financial burden of travel expenses related to residency interviews. Preference will be given to students who have financial need. Awardees will be dedicated to the principles of compassionate and patient-centered care, the science of medicine, and the preservation of professionalism. Students shall be selected by a committee appointed by the Dean of the School of Medicine.
