Christine W. Wan, M.D. Scholarship in the School of Medicine – The Christine W. Wan, M.D. Scholarship in the School of Medicine shall be a permanent endowment and shall be used for the benefit of the School of Medicine.Funds distributed from the endowment shall be used to provide scholarships to students from Ector or Midland County, Texas who wish to continue their medical school education at UTMB. In the absence of qualified applicants in an award period from Ector or Midland County, funds distributed from the endowment shall be used to provide scholarships to any students in the School of Medicine with financial need and a good work ethic.
